Waterside Cafe - family run cafe offers both eat-in meals or take aways. Home baking, homemade soups, snacks, fresh haddock, local prawns, etc. Open Mon-Sat 9.30am to 7.30pm Sunday 10-6pm Easter - October.
	Rockvilla Hotel - good food including locally sourced fresh seafood served in the bar and restaurant plus real ales, fine wines and malt whiskies.

	The Bistro (between Spar and the Village Hall) open Mon-Sat from 10 am to 8 pm.
	The Lochcarron Hotel - meals from 12 noon to 9 pm plus tea and coffee available throughout the day.

 

	"Tee" Room at Lochcarron Golf Club, about half a mile to the east of the village, serves snacks, afternoon teas and evening meals. Open 10am to 8 pm from Easter to October.
	Carron Restaurant (about 6 miles) - traditional fare with everything made on the premises. Open Mon - Sat 10.30am - 9pm (last orders), meals served all day but it is advisable to book for evenings.

Kishorn Seafood Bar (about 6 miles)  - fresh local shellfish, simply cooked and served at it's best, licensed. Open Mon-Sat 10am to 6pm (July and August 10am to 9pm) and Sun 12am to 5pm.

Banks and Post Office

There is a branch of the Bank of Scotland in Lochcarron which is open Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays with an Autoteller machine outside. In addition, a Royal Bank of Scotland mobile bank visits various locations in the village every Friday (between about 10:30-12:30). 

There is also a Post Office counter located in the Spar Food Centre, open 9:00 am – 5:00pm (closed  for lunch 1:00–2:00 and Wednesday afternoons) which offers banking facilities for those with the appropriate bank accounts.

Shops

There are two grocery shops - Lochcarron Food Centre (Spar) and the Shop at Lochcarron Garage plus a butcher's shop in the village; all are located on Main Street, Lochcarron. 

Petrol

Both the Lochcarron Garage at the east end of Main Street and the Lochcarron Food Centre have petrol pumps.
